Dr. Tad Winslow the Kaiju
Doctor Tad Winslow is a six-legged kaiju plush born on 29/11/2020.
He's a scrapbag baby, meaning he's made entirely from parts left over from the creation of other Frankenbeanies.
He's also the 99th Chimerical Creation, and he was sewn together while I was putting (in hindsight, a frankly excessive amount of) thought into what Frankenplush #100 should look like.
When he was done, I liked his weird vibes and off-kilter dimensions so much, I decided Creation #100 would also be made from leftovers - as opposed to something bigger or more coherent like I'd originally been thinking.
Doctor Tad Winslow is named for the character Mo from the Simpsons plays after getting plastic surgery and becoming handsome. Despite - or perhaps because of - this, he doesn't enjoy the Simpsons.
His favourite food is mango cheesecake, and in his free time he likes to take naps behind the ironing board.
Sid from Toy Story is a huge influence behind my whole blog, but the Beanies with Pterodactyl heads remind me of him even more than most of the others.
As of 12/3/24, I've used ten Swoop the Pterodactyl beanies to make my Chimeras; Doctor Tad Winslow is the fifth.
